Missing in Action
With regular print publishers, books go out of print and are no longer
available unless you happen to find one in a used bookstore. But in the world of
e-publishing it is different. Books don't go out of print, more often it maybe
the publisher that shuts down or an author will pull the book from a certain
publisher and republish it with another.
